Maestría en Producción AgrícolaEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó para evaluar el efecto de la interacción de tres momentos de aplicación de citoquininas y tres regímenes de riego en el rendimiento de la papa (Solanum tuberosum). Fue conducido en la unidad de investigación del departamento académico de suelos de la Facultad de Agronomía en la Universidad Nacional Agraria la Molina (12 05 06 S, 76 57 00 W) Región Lima, de setiembre del 2018 a enero del 2019. El diseño experimental utilizado fue parcelas divididas con bloques, los regímenes de riego fueron dispuestos aleatoriamente en las parcelas y los momentos aleatoriamente en las subparcelas. La aplicación de citoquininas se realizó en un momento del ciclo vegetativo a los 25 dde (días después de emergencia), en dos momentos del ciclo vegetativo 25 y 50 dde y en tres momentos del ciclo vegetativo 25-50 y 75. Los tres regímenes de riego, en base a un riego programado neto de 150 mm/campaña, 250 mm/campaña y 350 mm/campaña. La prueba de TUKEY (p ≤ 0.05) estableció que el mayor rendimiento se presentó con la lámina de 250 mm con 26,321 kg/ha similar estadísticamente a la lámina de 350 mm con 25,931 kg/ha y el menor promedio que difiere estadísticamente de los dos anteriores fue con la lámina de 150 mm con 17,438 kg/ha. Respecto a los momentos de aplicación de citoquininas el mejor rendimiento caracterizo a la aplicación de citoquininas en tres oportunidades del ciclo vegetativo a los 25,50 y 75 días después de la emergencia, con un rendimiento de 24,648 kg/ha similar estadísticamente con la aplicación en dos momentos del ciclo vegetativo a los 25 y 50 dde con un rendimiento de 23,273 kkg/ha y diferentes estadísticamente del testigo no aplicado, que obtuvo el menor rendimiento promedio con 22,211 kg/ha.The present research work was carried out to evaluate the effect of the interaction of three moments of application of cytokinins and the irrigation regimes on the yield of the potato (Solanum tuberosum). It was conducted in the research unit of the academic department of the soils of the Faculty of Agronomy at the National Agrarian University La Molina (12 05 06 S, 76 57 00 W) Lima Region, from September 2018 to January 2019. The experimental design used was divided plots with blocks, the irrigation regimes was randomly arranged in the plots and the times randomly in the subplots. The application of cytokinins was done at a time of the vegetative cycle at 25 dae (days after emergence), in two times of the vegetative cycle 25 and 50 dae and at the times of the vegetative cycle 25-50 and 75. The three regimes of Irrigation, based on a programmed irrigation of 150 mm / campaign, 250 mm / campaign and 350 mm / campaign. The TUKEY test (p ≤ 0.05) established that the highest yield was presented with the 250 mm sheet with 26,321 kg / ha statistically similar to the 350 mm sheet with 25,931 kg / ha and the lowest average that statistically differs from the two previous was with the 150 mm sheet with 17,438 kg / ha.
