Departamento Académico de Ordenamiento Territorial y ConstrucciónEsta investigación ha tenido como objetivo, identificar los factores de riesgo que influyen sobre la probabilidad y la severidad de ocurrencia de accidentes en los laboratorios de la Facultad de Ingeniería Agrícola de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina. Para ello, se identificó los procesos y actividades de cada laboratorio; se determinó los peligros y finalmente, se cuantificó y se categorizó cada uno de los riesgos evaluados; determinándose así, que el laboratorio más riesgoso es el de “Planeamiento, Modelamiento y Ordenamiento Territorial”, esto debido a que el 50% de sus condiciones identificadas, son de alto riesgo. Asimismo, la condición de alto riesgo de mayor recurrencia, es la denominada “Caída al Mismo Nivel y Aplastamiento”; esto debido principalmente, a la falta de planes de emergencia, falta de entrenamiento de brigadas, ausencia de señalética y falta de acciones concretas de mejora. Además, se ha determinado que el grado de cumplimiento de la Ley 29783, Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, es del 8%; lo que refleja el bajo compromiso con la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de las autoridades de la universidad y de la facultad. En ese marco, las principales acciones propuestas concretas para controlar los riesgos en los laboratorios de la facultad; son: elaborar y difundir un plan de emergencia que incluya la evacuación, los primeros auxilios y el control de fuego; la conformación y capacitación de brigadas de emergencia; la conformación de un equipo de trabajo que asuma la responsabilidad de implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo; así como, conformar, en coordinación con las autoridades de la UNALM, el sub comité de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la facultad.This research aimed to identify the risk factors that influence the probability and severity of accidents occurring in the laboratories of the “Ingeniería Agrìcola” Faculty of the Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina (UNALM). To this end, the processes and activities of each laboratory were identified, hazards were determined, and finally, each of the evaluated risks was quantified and categorized; inmthis regard, the "Laboratorio de Planeamiento, Modelamiento y Ordenamiento Territorial” has been determined to be the most hazardous; this is due to the fact that 50% of its identified conditions are high-risk. Likewise, the most common high-risk condition is called “Same-Level Falls and Crushing,” this is primarily due to the lack of emergency plans, lack of brigade training, absence of signage, and lack of concrete improvement actions. Furthermore, it has been determined that, the degree of compliance with Law 29783, the Occupational Health and Safety Law, is just the 8%, which reflects the low level of commitment to Occupational Health and Safety by university and faculty authorities.
