Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo monográfico se perfiló en los siguientes capítulos: En el Capítulo I, se identificó y describió la problemática y situación actual de los procesos en el área de Pintura, se describe el problema principal del área en mención, y tres problemas secundarios directamente relacionados con el problema principal. El objetivo principal busca resolver el problema principal y de manera análoga los tres objetivos específicos se enfocan en resolver los problemas secundarios. La identificación de los problemas y el planteamiento de los objetivos buscan reducir los reprocesos en el área de pintura de la sede de Surquillo de Germania Automotriz S.A.C. En el Capítulo II, se contextualiza la propuesta en un marco teórico de optimización de procesos en el área de Pintura. En el Capítulo III, se explica la metodología a utilizar para desarrollar la propuesta.
