Maestría en Producción AnimalEl experimento se llevó a cabo en las instalaciones de la Unidad Experimental de Avicultura del Programa de Investigación y Proyección Social en Aves de la Facultad de Zootecnia de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina. El objetivo del presente estudio fue evaluar el rendimiento productivo de gallinas ponedoras alimentadas con dietas de harina de banano integral (Musa paradisiaca) y manano oligosacáridos en gallinas ponedoras de la línea Hy- Line Brown. Se utilizarón 216 gallinas de 46 semanas de edad, las cuales se distribuyeron al azar en seis (6) tratamientos, con seis (6) repeticiones por tratamiento; teniendo así 36 unidades experimentales (jaulas) con 6 gallinas en cada una. La fase experimental tuvo una duración de 12 semanas. La postura, consumo de alimento, producción de huevos, peso de los huevos y conversión alimentaria se midieron semanalmente, además se evaluó los parámetros de calidad del huevo cuatro veces durante toda la etapa experimental. El modelo estadístico empleado fue un bloque completamente al azar con arreglo factorial 3 x 2 (3 niveles de harina de banano x 2 niveles de MOS), considerando dos niveles de piso de jaula como bloques. Se observaron diferencias significativas (P<0.05) en los parámetros productivos como la masa de huevo acumulada (4630.08 y 4611.60 g/ave), masa de huevo diaria (55.12 y 54.91 g/ave/día) y conversión alimenticia (2.03 y 2.00), mostrando mejores resultados en el efecto de la inclusión de harina de banano, en los niveles (0 y 10 por ciento). Se encontró diferencias significativas en el grosor de cascara en el tratamiento control T1 (0 por ciento harina de banano y 0 por ciento manano oligosacáridos) resultando ser el mayor valor (0.53 mm), entre todos los tratamientos. En la Unidades Haugh, hubo diferencias estadísticas al evaluar el efecto del aditivo MOS en la dieta a un nivel del 0.05 por ciento. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the productive performance of laying hens fed with integral banana flour diets (Musa paradisiaca) and manana oligosaccharides in laying hens of the Hy-Line Brown line. 216 chickens of 46 weeks of age were used, which were distributed randomly in six (6) treatments, with six (6) repetitions per treatment; having thus 36 experimental units (cages) with 6 chickens in each one. The experimental phase lasted 12 weeks. The statistical model used was a completely random block with 3 x 2 factorial arrangement (3 levels of banana flour x 2 levels of MOS), considering two levels of cage floor as blocks.
