Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialLa Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y Administración Tributaria tiene como finalidad administrar los tributos del gobierno nacional y los conceptos tributarios y no tributarios que se le encarguen por Ley, así como la inspección y el control del cumplimiento de la política aduanera en el territorio nacional y el tráfico internacional de mercancías, personas y medios de transporte, dentro de su política de cumplimiento del control aduanero tiene como función prevenir el contrabando= (SUNAT, 2002). Una de las áreas encargadas de prevenir el contrabando es la Sección de Control y Monitoreo SINI. Desde el año 2019 la Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI se vio afectada para realizar sus funciones a causa del virus del COVID 19, un virus que causó una pandemia, situación que ocasionó que muchas industrias paralizaron sus funciones en todo mundo por la alta cantidad de decesos y por la alta tasas de contagios presentados en la población. Casi un 50% de los integrantes de la Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI fueron asignados a realizar trabajo remoto, sin embargo, las funciones que realizaban estos funcionarios necesariamente se tienen que realizar de manera presencial, por lo que se tuvo que realizar una mejor gestión del recurso humano y mejor uso de la tecnología para que la Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI pueda cumplir su meta de incautación en el ejercicio 2021. Para llegar a cumplir esta meta se realizó un análisis FODA la cual permitió conocer el ambiente interno y externo en la cual se desarrollaba la Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI, así de este modo poder aplicar una estrategia que permita corregir sus debilidades y explotar sus fortalezas, con ello, la Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI logró sobrepasar su meta de incautación la cual era de $ 1´200,000.00 dólares americanos.The Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y Administración Tributaria is to administer the taxes of the national government and the tax and non-tax concepts entrusted to it by Law, as well as the inspection and control of compliance with the customs policy in the national territory and traffic of merchandise, people and means of transport, within its policy of compliance with customs control, its function is to prevent smuggling= (SUNAT, 2002). One of the areas in charge of preventing contraband is the Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI. Since 2019, the Sección de Control y Monitoreo-SINI has been affected to carry out its functions due to the COVID 19 virus, a virus that caused a pandemic, a situation that caused many industries to paralyze their functions around the world, due to the high number of deaths and due to the high rates of infections presented in the population.
