Departamento Académico de FitotecniaEn este documento se presenta una visión general acerca de la importancia de realizar un correcto Seguimiento y Monitoreo a Proyectos de inversión pública que son financiadas con recursos del Fondo Sierra Azul (FSA), para lo cual, se ejecuta el plan de trabajo de Seguimiento y Monitoreo correspondiente al año 2023, en el cual, se priorizan inversiones que tengan mayor alcance según su objeto de financiamiento, mayor gestión de presupuesto otorgado para su ejecución y mayor casuística de su estado situacional para completar el ciclo de inversiones según el invierte.pe. Por tal motivo, es imprescindible explicar el proceso de seguimiento y monitoreo, en el marco normativo vigente, el cual exige cumplir con la remisión de un informe mensual a la Secretaría Técnica del Fondo Sierra Azul, donde se debe analizar el estado situacional de todas las inversiones partiendo de una base de datos actualizada, la cual es alimentada por las fuentes de información como el Sistema de Seguimiento de Inversiones, Sistema Integrado de Administración financiera, Sistema de Información de Obras Públicas y Reportes mensualizados de las Unidades Ejecutoras de Inversión y de los Especialistas de Seguimiento. Finalmente, el reporte tiene la finalidad de advertir a la Dirección General de Infraestructura Hidráulica y Riego (DGHIR), de manera anticipada los inconvenientes que tienen las obras en su culminación, asi como, la necesidad de realizar un sinceramiento financiero de la ejecución presupuestal mediante el Formato N°8 “Ficha de Cierre de Inversiones financiadas con recursos del Fondo Sierra Azul”, de todas las inversiones culminadas, ya que nos permitirá tener un panorama amplio sobre los saldos a revertir al FSA, los cuales deberán ser utilizados en el financiamiento de futuros proyectos de inversión.This document presents an overview of the importance of carrying out correct Follow-up and Monitoring of public investment projects that are financed with resources from the Sierra Azul Fund (FSA), for which the Follow-up and Monitoring work plan corresponding to the year 2023, in which investments that have greater scope are prioritized according to their financing object, greater management of the budget granted for their execution and greater casuistry of their situational status to complete the investment cycle according to invierte.pe.
