Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEste trabajo describe la gestión para la automatización del proceso de liquidaciones en una empresa avícola durante el periodo 2021- 2023. El objetivo fue el evidenciar la optimización de un proceso administrativo mediante la creación de transacciones en SAP. Para el despliegue de esta optimización se usó la técnica de Delphi y la consulta de fuentes de información. Los resultados fueron que el tiempo de duración del proceso de liquidaciones se redujo en 67% y la participación de 2 personas en el proceso se redujo al 100%. Se concluye que con la implementación de las nuevas transacciones se logró optimizar el proceso de liquidaciones.This work describes the management for the automation of the settlement process in a poultry company during the period 2021- 2023. The objective was to demonstrate the optimization of an administrative process through the creation of transactions in SAP. For the deployment of this optimization, the Delphi technique and the consultation of information sources were used. The results were that the duration time of the settlement process was reduced by 67% and the participation of 2 people in the process was reduced by 100%.
