Departamento Académico de Mecanización y EnergíaEl siguiente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo dar a conocer la situación en la que se encontró la flota de buses pertenecientes a la Unidad de Servicios Generales perteneciente a la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, así como presentar una propuesta para su mejora. Se identificó la problemática a través de encuestas, hallándose una disponibilidad baja, por lo que se planteó una mejora en la misma como objetivo principal. A raíz de esto se trabajaron los indicadores Tiempo Medio Entre Fallas (TMEF) y Tiempo Medio Para Reparaciones (TMPR) a fin de mejorar la variable disponibilidad. Finalmente se elaboró un plan de mantenimiento preventivo y un posterior análisis financiero como consecuencia de su hipotética aplicación.The following research paper aims to shed light on the situation of the bus fleet belonging to the General Services Unit of the National Agrarian University La Molina, as well as to present a proposal for its improvement. The problem was identified through surveys, revealing a low availability, which led to the establishment of an improvement in this area as the main objective. As a result of this, the indicators Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) were worked on in order to improve the availability variable.
