Departamento Académico de FitotecniaLa agricultura de exportación se basa en las buenas prácticas agrícolas, creando confiabilidad en los productos certificados bajo la norma Global GAP. La vid es una de ellas, su fruta altamente conocida a nivel mundial. Y en los últimos años en el Perú, es el cultivo de mayor exportación, según cifras de FAOSTAT, Así mismo, se vienen incrementando las áreas de producción con cultivares comerciales como ‘Red Globe’, ‘Thompson Seedless’, ‘Flame Seedless’, entre otras y nuevos cultivares patentados como ‘Sugraone Seedless’, ‘Scarlotta Seedless’, ‘Sweet Celebration’, entre otros. El punto de partida para obtener un buen cultivo y un producto de calidad, es el material de propagación vegetal, la norma Global GAP respalda a los viveros que cuenten con dicha certificación respecto a la calidad y sanidad de las plantas propagadas. Bajo esta premisa, la propagación de vid, al ser un proceso minucioso y sistematizado, se adapta al cumplimiento de los requisitos del Global GAP, para ello, se determinaron las medidas de implementación de la norma en mención y se evaluaron las condiciones en la propagación de vid, al contar con un cumplimiento cercano al 100% de los puntos de control y criterios de cumplimiento (PCCC), obteniendo la certificación Global GAP. Si bien el sistema de gestión Global GAP, no acaba con obtener el certificado, este es un proceso continuo durante todo el desarrollo de la propagación de plantones de vid, así mismo, involucra una mejora continua, que cada vez le da un mayor valor a las buenas prácticas agrícolas que son el producto (plantones de vid de calidad de la variedad identificada), el personal (trabajadores: cuidado de su salud, seguridad y bienestar) y el medio ambiente (toda la interacción de los procesos que guardan relación directa e indirecta con el entorno).Export agriculture is based on good agricultural practices, creating reliability in products certified under the Global GAP standard. Grapes are a well-known fruit worldwide, and in recent years in Peru, it is the most exported crop, according to FAOSTAT figures. Likewise, production areas are increasing with commercial cultivars such as 'Red Globe', 'Thompson Seedless', 'Flame Seedless', among others, and new patented cultivars such as 'Sugraone Seedless', 'Scarlotta Seedless', 'Sweet Celebration', among others. The starting point for obtaining a good crop and a quality product is the plant propagation material. The Global GAP standard supports nurseries that have this certification with respect to the quality and health of the propagated plants. Under this premise, vine propagation, being a meticulous and systematized process, adapts to compliance with the Global GAP requirements. Therefore, the measures for implementing the standard were determined and the conditions in vine propagation were evaluated, with close to 100% compliance with the control points and compliance criteria (SCCP), obtaining Global GAP certification.
