Departamento Académico de HorticulturaSe describe la experiencia de auditoria en Buenas Prácticas Agrícolas bajo la normativa GLOBALG.A.P., como auditoría calificada en organismos de certificación (OC). Estas se enfocan en el cumplimiento de los estándares de la norma voluntaria GLOBALG.A.P. en el cultivo kion (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) en la región Junín, en las zonas productoras de Chanchamayo y Satipo. El valor agregado de esta certificación para la exportación o venta nacional, comprende el cumplimiento de estándares que van desde la selección del terreno, el correcto método de cultivo para minimizar daños por erosión del suelo, el uso de dosis adecuadas en el manejo de insumos y el almacenamiento correcto de los productos fitosanitarios y/o fertilizantes, la higiene durante la cosecha, la verificación del transporte y, las actividades pos cosecha realizadas en el centro de manipulación para el producto empacado. Todas estas secuencias de procesos, desde la producción hasta el producto final para comercialización, están relacionada con aspectos de seguridad alimentaria, trazabilidad, bienestar laboral, medio ambiente y manejo integrado del cultivo, que constituyen puntos de control para obtener la certificación GLOBALG.A.P. Estas verificaciones permitieron analizar y resolver problemas críticos en la implementación de la normativa, lo que permitió que se cuente con información ordenada y revisada, contribuyendo a una mejor toma de decisiones estratégicas para la mejora continua del cultivo y el sistema de certificación, garantizando con ello una mejor calidad y comercialización del kion (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) tanto para el mercado interno como para exportación.The audit experience in Good Agricultural Practices under GLOBALG.A.P. standards is described as a qualified audit in certification bodies (CB). These practices focus on the compliance with voluntary GLOBALG.A.P. standards on the cultivation of ginger (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) in the production areas of Chanchamayo and Satipo, in the region of Junin. The added value of this certification for export or national sale comprises the compliance with standards ranging from the selection of land, the appropriate cultivation method to minimize damages due to soil erosion, the use of adequate doses for the management of supplies and the correct storage of phytosanitary products and/or fertilizers, hygiene during harvest, the verification of transport, to harvest activities carried out at the handling center for packed products. All these process sequences, from production to the final product for sale, are related to food safety, traceability, labor welfare, environment, and integrated cultivation management, which constitute checkpoints to obtain the GLOBALG.A.P. certification.
