Departamento Académico de Manejo Pesquero y Medio AmbienteEl presente trabajo analiza los costos del licenciamiento ambiental y cumplimiento de las obligaciones ambientales para que una empresa langostinera a mayor escala obtenga el licenciamiento ambiental y pueda desarrollar actividades. Los procedimientos administrativos se han separado por etapas del proyecto, pudiendo ser identificados con claridad para que cualquier administrador identifique cuáles son los pasos a seguir antes de poder operar actividades. Se mencionan las regulaciones sectoriales y ambientales nacionales y señala el costo que puede implicar el licenciamiento, el cual asciende aproximadamente a 188 209.5 Soles más IGV. El presente trabajo monográfico describe también algunos problemas observados en el marco regulatorio peruano, para los cuales se han emitido algunas recomendaciones.This present work analyzes the costs of environmental licensing and compliance with environmental obligations for a larger-scale shrimp company to obtain environmental licensing and be able to initiate operative activities. The administrative procedures of environmental licensing have been separated by project stages and can be clearly identified so that any administrator can identify the steps to follow before being able to do operative activities. The national sectoral and environmental regulations are mentioned, and the cost that certification may involve, which amounts to approximately 148,550 soles plus general salestax, isindicated.
