Departamento Académico de Gestión EmpresarialEl presente trabajo académico fue desarrollado en el Centro de Admisión y Promoción de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, durante el periodo 2016-2017. El objetivo principal fue implementar un plan de mejora basado en la Norma ISO 9001:2015 para el proceso de inscripción de los postulantes para el examen de admisión. Se analizó las condiciones iniciales del proceso, se identificó los puntos críticos, se evaluó el contexto organizacional y finalmente se determinó con esa información, las oportunidades de mejora que se implementaron. El alcance de la implementación abarcó el proceso de inscripción del concurso de admisión 2016 – II, teniendo como histórico la información de los concursos de admisión 2014-I al 2016-I. La metodología del trabajo académico consistió en reuniones con todo el personal involucrado en el proceso de inscripción. Se revisaron documentos y se observó el entorno, se evaluaron los procedimientos en base a herramientas de calidad y de gestión; se aplicó también la lista de verificación basada en la ISO 9001:2015, una de las principales herramientas que permitió el análisis actual del proceso y el impacto de las mejoras implementadas. Los principales resultados fueron los siguientes: la implementación de la mejora logró asegurar que el postulante cumpla con los requisitos de la modalidad a la que postula y realice el pago correspondiente, y que el postulante inscrito sea quien rinda el examen de admisión. Finalmente, el proceso de inscripción del Centro de Admisión y Promoción de la Universidad Nacional Agraria La Molina, luego de la implementación de las oportunidades de mejora, debe continuar un proceso de mejora continua que lo lleve a desarrollarse en base a los requerimientos de la Norma ISO 9001:2015.The present academic work was developed in the Admission and Promotion Center of the National Agrarian University La Molina, during the period 2016-2017. The main objective was to implement an improvement plan based on the ISO 9001: 2015 for the registration process of the applicants for the admission exam. The initial conditions of the process were analyzed, the critical points were identified, the organizational context was evaluated and finally, with that information, the improvement opportunities that were implemented were determined. The scope of the implementation covered the registration process of the 2016 - II admission contest, taking the background information of the admission contests 2014-I to 2016-I. The methodology of the academic work consisted in meetings with all the personnel involved in the registration process. Documents were reviewed and the environment was observed, procedures were evaluated based on quality and management tools; the checklist based on ISO 9001: 2015 was also applied, one of the main tools that allowed the current analysis of the process and the impact of the improvements implemented. The main results were the following: the implementation of the improvement ensured that the applicant complies with the requirements of the modality to which he applies and makes the corresponding payment, and that the registered applicant is the one who takes the admission exam.
