La capacitación técnica sumado a comprender el aspecto social, ha sido base para mi desarrollo en esta área. He laborado en la provincia de Tarma por 4 años en la empresa Perú Productos Agrícolas SAC, los cuales me llevan a concluir que las ventas agrícolas son muy complejas debido a que brindamos una solución integral al agricultor y/o productor; sin embargo, la ventaja de trabajar con productores es que tienen una real y concreta necesidad de hacer uso de algún insumo agrícola para su proceso de producción. Debido a la necesidad de brindar un servicio técnico de calidad hacia los productores en la zona de Tarma he creado mi propia empresa denominada Agro Inversiones E&M cuyo giro de negocio es la comercialización y asesoría en insumos agrícolas. Basada en mi experiencia, en el presente trabajo daré a conocer el desarrollo y las estrategias, que utilizo para la venta de insumos agrícolas en la Sierra Central, específicamente en Tarma y luego realizaré un análisis FODA de la empresa que me permita ver la situación actual en que se encuentra y me apoye en la toma de decisiones.The agricultural sales area has been a great personal and professional challenge, since it combines the technical and commercial areas. The technical training added to understanding the social aspect, has been the basis for my development in this area. I have worked in the province of Tarma for 4 years in the company Peru Productos Agrícolas SAC, which lead me to conclude that agricultural sales are very complex because we provide a comprehensive solution to the farmer and/or producer; however, the advantage of working with producers is that they have a real and concrete need to make use of some agricultural input for their production process. Due to the need to provide a quality technical service to producers in the Tarma area, I have created my own company called Agro Inversiones E&M, whose business line is the commercialization and consulting of agricultural inputs.
