Ventura bajo las condiciones de Jayanca, Lambayeque; con una densidad de 4 760 plantas por hectárea, en la empresa Complejo Agroindustrial Beta. Se describe cada actividad desde la recepción de plantines en vivero, seguido de la preparación de terreno, trasplante, manejo del fertirriego, fitosanitario, cultural, calidad de la fruta, proyecciones para estimar la producción y la cosecha, cada una de estas actividades con sus propios desafíos, la forma de enfrentar los problemas en campo y la solución a estos en la búsqueda de asegurar el éxito del cultivo y hacer uso de los recursos lo más eficiente posible. Se comparó el potencial productivo con otras variedades de menor y mayor calibre y con características de baya diferentes. Obteniendo una producción de 8.5 t/ha del trasplante de enero y una producción de hasta 22 t/ha en plantaciones de 2 y 3 años de edad. De igual manera se definió las características que permiten que la fruta pueda ser clasificada de exportación como son: calibre mediano a grande entre 12 a 21 mm, de buen sabor, presencia del bloom (cubierta cerosa que presenta la piel) con facilidad al ser manipulada, que tenga buena firmeza, libre de cicatrices, manchado por aplicaciones, tela de araña, manchas de polen, que no esté chancada, húmeda, o con la piel abierta. Pero importante libre de residuos de productos restringidos (dependiendo al país al que se dirige) y ausencia de plagas cuarentenarias.The present work shows the agronomic and productive management of the blueberry cultivar Ventura under the conditions of Jayanca, Lambayeque, and under a transplant density of 4760 plants per hectare, first-year and second-year transplant, during the years of work in the Complejo Agroindustrial Beta company. Each activity is shown and described from the preparation of the land, reception and management of seedlings in the nursery, transplantation, fertigation management, phytosanitary management, cultural management, projections for harvesting and harvesting, each of these activities with its own challenges, how to face problems in the field and the solution to these with the search to ensure crop production, fruit quality and make the most efficient use of resources possible. The productive potential is compared with other varieties of smaller and larger caliber and with different berry characteristics. Obtaining a production of 8.5 t/ha from the January transplant and a production of up to 22 t/ha in plantations 2 and 3 years old.
