Departamento Académico de Acuicultura e Industrias PesquerasEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional muestra la introducción del producto filete de tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) en presentación de 1 kg marca Tottus de origen chino para la comercialización en el mercado peruano. Para el lanzamiento de dicho producto, se validó la fórmula a nivel de aditivos permitidos tomando en cuenta la Norma General de Aditivos Alimentarios del Codex Alimentarius. Posteriormente, se obtuvo el protocolo técnico para registro sanitario de productos pesqueros y acuícolas validando toda la documentación requerida por el TUPA 25 para su posterior solicitud por plataforma Ventanilla Única de Comercio Exterior (VUCE). Luego de ello, se verificó el cumplimiento normativo de la etiqueta del producto acorde a las normas vigentes, y se obtuvo el certificado oficial sanitario mediante un laboratorio autorizado por el Organismo Nacional de Sanidad Pesquera (SANIPES).The present work of professional proficiency shows the development of the tilapia fillet product (Oreochromis niloticus) in a presentation of 1 kg Tottus brand of Chinese origin for commercialization in the Peruvian market. For the launch of that product, the formula was validated at the level of permitted additives, taking into account the General Standard for Food Additives of the Codex Alimentarius. Subsequently, the technical protocol for the sanitary registration of fishery and aquaculture products was obtained, validating all the documentation required by TUPA 25 for subsequent application through the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE) platform.
