Utilizando los métodos descriptivo y explicativo, el presente trabajo, muestra la reestructuración del plan anual de capacitación de la empresa J&V RESGUARDO SAC; por motivo del contexto nacional ante el COVID-19 (SRAS-CoV-2) y con el objetivo de mantener los estándares de calidad, certificaciones y normativas; que rigen al sector de seguridad patrimonial; ya que J&V RESGUARDO SAC es líder a nivel nacional en vigilancia privada. En tal sentido la Gerencia General en el año 2020 solicitó la implementación de nuevos procedimientos por parte del área de Capacitación para dar respuesta a la coyuntura vivida; ante ello la bachiller autora del presente trabajo fue seleccionada para formar parte del equipo encargado del diseño e implementación, con el cargo de Analista de Capacitación. Dentro de la implementación se hizo uso de la metodología del ciclo de Deming (PDCA) y la Organización del trabajo (5s). Como resultado se pudo lograr reducir un 83% el personal que tenían curso SUCAMEC normativo vencido; también que el 85% completara sus capacitaciones en Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo; logrando así, recertificaciones internacionales y un ahorro económico de más de 470 mil soles luego de doce meses de la implantación.This monograph was prepared following the guidelines of RESOLUTION No. 0083-2022 CU- UNALM. Using the descriptive and explanatory methods, the present work shows the restructuring of the annual training plan of the company J&V RESGUARDO SAC; due to the national context in the face of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) and with the aim of maintaining the quality standards, certifications and regulations that govern the asset security sector; since J&V RESGUARDO SAC is a national leader in private security. In this sense, the General Management in 2020 requested the implementation of new procedures by the Training area to respond to the situation experienced, in view of this the bachelor's degree author of this work was selected to be part of the team in charge of the design and implementation , with the position of Training Analyst. Within the implementation, the Deming cycle methodology (PDCA) and the Organization of work (5s) were used.
