Sumario:Objective: To establish the existing incidence between organizational associativity and cocoa commercialization in the cocoa cooperatives of Alto Huallaga. Methodology: A correlational research method was used in which information was collected by administering a validated random selection survey to 100 cooperative members in Alto Huallaga. Results: Revealed a strong connection between organizational associativity and commercialization (r = 0.844, p < 0.05). In addition, a strong relationship was found between associative leadership and commercialization (r = 0.784, p < 0.05). A substantial and statistically significant correlation was also observed between membership and marketability (r = 0.819, p < 0.05). Conclusion: To achieve growth in cocoa marketing, it is essential to strengthen associativity. This implies the development of both the associative leadership and the capacities of the associates.
