description La naturaleza fundamental del presente Plan de Acción “Gestión Curricular para atender los aprendizajes en el Área de Matemática en la IE 32384 Cesar Octavio Vergara Tello-del distrito de Llata- Huamalíes-Huánuco-2018” radica en la capacidad que los directivos tenemos para diagnosticar , fundamentar ,priorizar la problemática institucional y plantear alternativas viables, pertinentes y efectivas como medida de solución; ejercitando y fortaleciendo mi liderazgo directivo con enfoque pedagógico, puesto que se perfila a la mejora de los aprendizajes situación que cobra preponderancia en el actual enfoque directivo. El objetivo general que pretende alcanzar el presente Plan de Acción es la mejora de la Gestión Curricular con la aplicación de estrategias didácticas en el área de matemáticas por parte de los docentes; los actores principales que intervienen en el Plan de Acción lo constituye en primer lugar los Estudiantes que son el fin supremo y último de la acción educativa; así mismo el equipo de docentes quienes directamente asumen la función pedagógica; sin dejar de lado la valiosa presencia de los padres de familia y la comunidad organizada así como las instancias educacionales del sector, finalmente todos estos actores liderados por el equipo directivo. El plan de acción contiene todo una propuesta bien estructurada para afrontar la problemática priorizada; estableciendo un cronograma de actividades, responsables y la asignación de recursos en el periodo de tiempo previsto a ser ejecutado; considera el monitoreo, acompañamiento y seguimiento evaluativo de los procesos previstos a ser ejecutados.

The general objective that this Action Plan intends to achieve is the improvement of Curricular Management with the application of didactic strategies in the area of mathematics by teachers; The main actors that intervene in the Action Plan are constituted in the first place by the Students, who are the supreme and last goal of the educational action; likewise the team of teachers who directly assume the pedagogical function; without neglecting the valuable presence of parents and the organized community as well as the educational instances of the sector, finally all these actors led by the management team.
