En el diagnóstico del problema se ha determinado que los docentes de la institución educativa tienen bajos niveles de habilidades y conocimientos para realizar una labor tutorial y orientación educativa efectiva, asimismo, las estrategias de planificación curricular, el monitoreo y acompañamiento no son las más adecuadas. En los referentes conceptuales se han considerado como referentes investigaciones nacionales e internacionales, así como el marco teórico sobre la tutoría y orientación educativa. Dentro del plan de acción se ha propuesto la alternativa de solución que ayudará a superar el problema planteado.

The action plan is an applied type of research. In the diagnosis of the problem, it has been determined that the teachers of the educational institution have low levels of skills and knowledge to carry out an effective tutorial and educational orientation, likewise, the strategies of curricular planning, monitoring and accompaniment are not the most appropriate. In the conceptual references, national and international research have been considered as references, as well as the theoretical framework on tutoring and educational guidance.
