Los instrumentos utilizados fueron el Inventario de Cultura Organizacional Educativa de Marcone y el Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23 de Meliá y Peiró. Los resultados mostraron que existe una relación positiva y media entre la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral en el personal de tres instituciones educativas religiosas. Se concluyó que existe una correlación significativa entre las variables y cada una de las dimensiones de la cultura organizacional y la satisfacción laboral. Las implicancias de los resultados son discutidas

The study was descriptive, no-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational not causal. The sample consisted of 172 people, including teachers and administrative staff. The instruments used were a questionnaire of Education Organizational Culture Inventory Marcone and the Questionnaire of Work Satisfaction S20/23 of Meliá and Peiró. The results showed that there is a positive and medium relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction in the personnel of three religious educational institutions.
