En cuanto a la relación de las variables identidad de orientación sexual y satisfacción con la vida se halló una correlación baja, estadísticamente significativa. Además, se encontró que existe una correlación inversa y significativa entre la dimensión incertidumbre y preocupación por la aceptación y la variable satisfacción con la vida

The design was correlational. The sample consisted of 315 homosexual persons of both sexes. The instruments used were the Adaptation of the Sexual Orientation Identity Scale (EDOS-LGB) and the Satisfaction Scale with Life (SWLS). The results indicated low levels of satisfaction with life and identity integration, however, an average level of uncertainty was found and concern to acceptance. Regarding the relationship of the orientation identity variables and satisfaction with life, a low, statistically significant correlation was found.
