description El presente trabajo académico denominado: plan de gestión escolar en estrategias comunicativas para reducir el embarazo adolescente en la institución educativa publica de Iquitos, región Loreto, se propone como objetivo general diseñar un plan de gestión escolar en estrategias comunicativas para reducir el embarazo adolescente en la institución educativa publica de Iquitos, región Loreto”; en la que se tomó como referente de estudio a 05 Directivos, 06 jerárquicos, 52 docentes, 642 estudiantes y 400 padres de familia. El diseño de investigación es de Acción participativa, con enfoque cualitativo de tipo aplicativo educacional; así mismo se hizo un análisis de las distintas categorías consideradas como estrategias comunicativas y embarazo adolescente, como fundamento teórico está basado en la teoría Vigotskiana. Además, cabe mencionar que para el proceso de la investigación se utilizaron instrumentos como la observación y encuesta, los cuales permitieron, por un lado, diagnosticar, sustentar la propuesta y por otro obtener los datos de manera objetiva y sin ambigüedades, también para su análisis se utilizó la técnica del árbol de problemas. Como resultado para dar solución a esta problemática se propuso un plan de gestión escolar basado en un sistema de actividades para desarrollar capacidades comunicativas entre los actores de la educación como son docentes, padres de familia y estudiantes; con el fin de reducir el embarazo adolescente, teniendo en cuenta a los aliados estratégicos del ministerio de salud, fiscalía de familia, policía nacional del Perú entre otros.

The research design is participatory action, with a qualitative approach of an educational application type; Likewise, an analysis of the different categories considered as communication strategies and adolescent pregnancy was made, as a theoretical foundation is based on the Vygotskian theory.
