description Objetivo: precisar la vinculación entre el grado conocimiento de bioseguridad y la prevención de infecciones intrahospitalarias en las enfermeras de ente quirúrgico del Hospital Nacional Daniel Alcides Carrión (HNAC) –Callao- 2024. Material y método: enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo, esquema no experimental y de tipo sincrónico. El conglomerado del análisis estará constituido por un cúmulo de 60 egresados en enfermería que desempeñan funciones en el núcleo operatorio. El método a emplear para la obtención de información implicará dos formularios, ejecutados bajo consentimiento y aprobación previa de los involucrados. Para el parámetro erudiciones sobre disposiciones de bioprotección, se implementará un interrogatorio legitimado por Vásquez (2019) con una fiabilidad de 0.84. Para dimensionar el indicador profilaxis de contagios nosocomiales, se recurrirá a un cuestionario autentificado por Bedón (2021), con un coeficiente de consistencia de 0.730. Resultados: Los desenlaces de la pesquisa serán manifestados mediante cuadros y gráficos elucidativos del factor investigado. Conclusiones: la indagación brindará datos preciados para el sanatorio, facilitando la adopción de medidas optimizadoras en pro de los enfermos y contribuyendo a impedir los contagios nosocomiales.

Material and method: quantitative, descriptive approach, non-experimental and synchronous scheme. The analysis cluster will consist of a cluster of 60 nursing graduates who perform functions in the operating core. The method to be used to obtain information will involve two forms, executed with the consent and prior approval of those involved. For the parameter knowledge on bioprotection provisions, a questionnaire legitimized by Vásquez (2019) will be implemented with a reliability of 0.84. To measure the indicator prophylaxis of nosocomial infections, a questionnaire authenticated by Bedón (2021) will be used, with a consistency coefficient of 0.730. Results: The results of the research will be presented through tables and graphs elucidating the investigated factor.
