Se aplicó la valoración por patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon, entrevista y las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC. La muestra fue una paciente de 71 años con diagnóstico de crisis hipertensiva y antecedentes de hipertensión arterial y diabetes mellitus tipo 2. Resultados: tras la priorización de diagnósticos, se implementaron intervenciones para exceso de volumen de líquidos y deterioro del intercambio gaseoso, logrando una ejecución exitosa del 100% y 90% de las actividades, respectivamente, lo que se tradujo en la estabilización hemodinámica y mejora de la oxigenación. Para los diagnósticos manejo ineficaz de la salud, riesgo de deterioro de la adhesión y riesgo de glucemia inestable, la ejecución fue del 90% al 100%, resultando en una mejora significativa del conocimiento, la adherencia terapéutica y el control metabólico de la paciente. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería planificadas y fundamentadas en las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC fueron altamente efectivas para la recuperación y el manejo integral de la paciente en crisis hipertensiva, destacando la importancia de la educación para la salud y el apoyo al autocuidado.

Material and methods: a clinical case study was conducted with a quantitative, cross-sectional, descriptive, and nonexperimental design. The assessment was based on Marjory Gordon's Functional Health Patterns, patient interview, and the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. The sample was a 71-year-old female patient diagnosed with a hypertensive crisis and a history of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results: following the prioritization of nursing diagnoses, interventions were implemented for excess fluid volume and impaired gas exchange, achieving a successful execution rate of 100% and 90% of the activities, respectively. This led to hemodynamic stabilization and improved oxygenation. For the diagnoses ineffective health management, risk for Ineffective adherence and risk for unstable blood glucose, the execution rate was between 90% and 100%, resulting in a significant improvement in the patient's knowledge, treatment adherence, and metabolic control.
