Objetivo: Determinar los síntomas de estrés postraumático en pacientes al salir de UCI. Materiales y métodos: es una investigación con enfoque cuantitavo, con un diseño no experimental de corte descriptivo. Las unidades muestrales estarán compuestas por 50 pacientes atendidos de Febrero a Junio del 2021 en el área de Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos del Hospital San José de Chincha. El instrumento validado previamente es una lista de cotejo politómica, la variable estrés postraumático se mide con 4 dimensiones con valores finales Alto de 40-63 puntos, moderado de 20-39 y bajo de 0-19. Resultados: los resultados serán presentados en tablas y gráficos estadísticos, según el análisis cuantitativo. Conclusiones: el presente estudio brindara aportes acerca del apoyo emocional que reciben los pacientes en las unidades de UCI, el cual va a repercutir en los síntomas postraumáticos al salir de dicha unidad. |
