description Objetivo: determinar la satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en centro quirúrgico en el Hospital II Essalud Cajamarca-2023. Materiales y métodos: la presente investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo de corte transversal de diseño no experimental. La muestra del estudio está conformada por 25 Licenciados en Enfermería del área de centro quirúrgico del Hospital II Essalud Cajamarca. El método de instrumento y herramienta de recolección será la encuesta para medir la satisfacción laboral entre las enfermeras será el cuestionario tipo escala de Likert de 15 ítems, los datos serán procesados e ingresados a una base de Excel y será tabulado bajo el sistema, utilizando estadísticas SPSS versión 25. Conclusiones: Esta investigación ayudará a mejorar los lugares de trabajo a Licenciados en enfermería en temas de relaciones interpersonales con los compañeros de trabajo.
