Esto facilitó la planificación financiera y mejoró el orden interno de la empresa. Además, se formalizó la contratación de los trabajadores, garantizando un ambiente laboral más estable y eficiente. En conclusión, la implementación de herramientas contables y la optimización de procesos fortalecieron la gestión financiera de la empresa, brindando información confiable para la toma de decisiones y favoreciendo su crecimiento sostenible.

As a case study, the company Trading & Import Auto Parts EIRL was analyzed, where tools were implemented to improve the registration, control and analysis of its financial operations. The research combined quantitative and qualitative methodologies, allowing a comprehensive approach to address the company's main difficulties. The results showed that better accounting organization helped control the flow of money, optimize accounts payable management, and generate more accurate financial reports. This facilitated financial planning and improved the company's internal order. In addition, the hiring of workers was formalized, guaranteeing a more stable and efficient work environment.
