description Objetivo: determinar la relación existente entre la resiliencia y el estrés laboral en enfermeros del servicio de emergencia de un hospital público nivel IV en Lima Metropolitana, 2023. Material y método: el enfoque corresponderá al cuantitativo, con diseño formulado de tipo no experimental, descriptiva, correlacional y con corte transversal. La muestra es equivalente a la población determinada, la que corresponde a 59 enfermeros de emergencias, la que será determinada mediante el muestro no probabilístico. Los instrumentos a aplicar corresponden a escalas, como son: la Escala de Resiliencia (ER), y el Scale Nursing Stres (NSS), los que fueron creados por Connor-Davidson y Gray-Toft-Anderson, dichas escalas cuentan con una confiabilidad de Alfa de Cronbach que son equivalentes a 0,89, y 0,83 de forma respectiva. Conclusiones: el estudio brindara resultados, los que permitirán a los propios enfermeros encuestados conocer el real nivel de afectación del estrés y el nivel de resiliencia que presentan de forma individual y en equipo de trabajo, motivando esta difusión de resultados un aspecto reflexivo para el fortalecimiento de actividades bien ejecutadas, y de reorientación en aquellas que lo ameriten.
