Materiales y métodos: se utilizó un diseño observacional y un enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo. Se realizó un estudio transversal con 203 participantes mediante muestreo no probabilístico. El instrumento de recogida de datos fue un cuestionario autoadministrado. El análisis estadístico se realizó con el programa SPSS versión 23.0. Resultados: el 70.4% del personal de farmacia de Santa Anita tenía un conocimiento bajo de las reacciones adversas e interacciones de los medicamentos. El 26.6% tenía un conocimiento moderado y sólo el 3% un conocimiento alto. El 90.1% de los encuestados tenía una actitud positiva, el 9.4% actitud aceptable y el 0.5% una actitud negativa. El 45.8% presentaron prácticas aceptables, el 41.9% prácticas deficientes y sólo el 12.3% buenas prácticas. Conclusiones: los encuestados mostraron conocimientos limitados, una actitud favorable y prácticas satisfactorias en relación con las reacciones adversas a los medicamentos y las interacciones medicamentosas en el distrito de Santa Anita.

El 45.8% presentaron prácticas aceptables, el 41.9% prácticas deficientes y sólo el 12.3% buenas prácticas. The data collection instrument was a self-administered questionnaire. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS version 23.0. Results: 70.4% of pharmacy staff in Santa Anita had a low knowledge of adverse drug reactions and interactions. 26.6% had moderate knowledge and only 3% had high knowledge. 90.1% of the respondents had a positive attitude, 9.4% had an acceptable attitude and 0.5% had a negative attitude. 45.8% had acceptable practices, 41.9% poor practices and only 12.3% good practices.
