description En el presente trabajo de investigación se tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la manifestación de la efectividad de fórmulas magistrales para psoriasis en pacientes de una farmacia magistral, San Juan De Lurigancho, Lima, durante abril 2025. Material y métodos: cuantitativo, descriptivo no experimental, y de corte transversal, técnica: la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Población y muestra: se trabajó con una población accesible de 300 personas con una muestra específica de 169 encuestados. Resultados: los resultados revelaron utilizando el coeficiente de Spearman, evidenció una correlación positiva moderada (r = 0.436) y estadísticamente significativa (p = 0.000). Este resultado indica que a mayor nivel de conocimiento en los pacientes, es ligeramente probable que perciban una mayor efectividad de las fórmulas magistrales para la psoriasis. Por tanto, se destaca la importancia de fortalecer las estrategias educativas en salud, ya que un mayor conocimiento está asociado con una mejor valoración de los tratamientos recibidos en la farmacia magistral de San Juan de Lurigancho. Conclusiones: se encontró una relación positiva moderada entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre fórmulas magistrales y la manifestación de su efectividad en pacientes con psoriasis, con un valor r = 0.436; p = 0.000 (p < 0.05).

To determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the manifestation of the effectiveness of magistral formulas for psoriasis in patients of a magistral pharmacy in San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima, 2025. Materials and methods. The study employed a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The sample consisted of 169 patients diagnosed with psoriasis and treated at a magistral pharmacy. Two instruments were used: the Questionnaire on knowledge of magistral formulas for psoriasis and the Questionnaire on the manifestation of the effectiveness of magistral formulas. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics and inferential analysis using the chi-square test. Results. A statistically significant relationship was found between the level of knowledge and the manifestation of the effectiveness of magistral formulas for psoriasis (rho= 0.436; p = 0.000). Additionally, 51.5% of patients showed a high level of knowledge, followed by 47.9% with a medium level. Regarding the manifestation of effectiveness, 45.6% perceived high effectiveness, 40.2% low effectiveness, and 14.2% medium effectiveness. Conclusions. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the manifestation of the effectiveness of magistral formulas for psoriasis.
