description Objetivo: organizar el plan de intervenciones de enfermería durante el proceso del cuidado enfermero en un paciente con artrosis de rodilla en el servicio de traumatología de la Clínica Pronto Salud, 2025. Material y métodos: “se realizó una investigación clínica, descriptiva y no experimental, utilizando las herramientas como la valoración basada en patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y las taxonomías NANDA, NIC Y NOC”. La población de estudio fue un masculino de 70 años con diagnóstico de artrosis de rodilla. Resultados: se obtuvo que para los diagnósticos: dolor crónico: 90% de intervenciones realizadas exitosamente;10% en proceso. Deterioro de la movilidad:90% de intervenciones realizadas exitosamente;10% en proceso. Déficit de autocuidado: baño/higiene:90 % de intervenciones realizadas exitosamente;10% en proceso. Riesgo de caidas:90% de intervenciones realizadas exitosamente;10% en proceso. Riesgo de síndrome de fragilidad del anciano:90% de intervenciones realizadas;10% en proceso. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería según las taxonomías NANDA, NIC Y NOC evidenciaron ser muy eficaz para la mejoría en su salud del paciente. Se identificaron áreas de mejora asociados en la continuidad de los cuidados y seguir enfocado en la dimensión menor de porcentaje para su avance exitosa.
