La población consistió en una paciente femenina de 92 años con diagnóstico de neumonía no especificada. Resultados: se obtuvo que para los diagnósticos: Patrón respiratorio ineficaz: 90% de intervenciones ejecutadas exitosamente; 10% en proceso. Patrón de limpieza ineficaz en vías aéreas 90% de intervenciones efectivas; 10% en proceso. Hipertermia: 85% de intervenciones efectivas; 15% en proceso. Riesgo de caída: 80% de las intervenciones lograron resultados positivos; 10% en proceso. Riesgo de infección 80% de intervenciones exitosas; 20% en proceso. Conclusión: las intervenciones de enfermería basadas en las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC demostraron una alta efectividad en la mejora del estado clínico de la paciente. Se identificaron áreas de mejora relacionadas con la continuidad de los cuidados, especialmente en las dimensiones con menor porcentaje de ejecución efectiva.

Material and methods: a descriptive, non-experimental clinical case study was conducted using instruments such as the Marjory Gordon functional pattern assessment and the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. The population consisted of a 92-year-old female patient diagnosed with unspecified pneumonia. Results: for the diagnoses, the following were found: Ineffective respiratory pattern: 90% of interventions were successfully executed; 10% were in progress. Ineffective airway clearance pattern: 90% of interventions were effective; 10% were in progress. Hyperthermia: 85% of interventions were effective; 15% were in progress. Risk of falls: 80% of interventions achieved positive results; 10% were in progress. Risk of infection: 80% of interventions were successful; 20% were in progress. Conclusion: nursing interventions based on the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies demonstrated high effectiveness in improving the patient's clinical status.
