description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre loncheras saludables en madres de preescolares de la Institución Educativa N° 20955-28 Francisco Bolognesi Cervantes, Huarochirí- 2024. Materiales y métodos: enfoque cuantitativo, un diseño no experimental, tipo descriptivo y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 112 madres de familia, una muestra representativa de 87 participantes. Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado. Resultados: el nivel de conocimiento sobre la preparación de loncheras saludables reveló que el 37,9% (N=33) de las madres presentó un nivel bajo, el 34,5% (N=30) un nivel medio y el 27,6% (N=24) un nivel alto. Por dimensiones específicas, en el grupo de alimentos energéticos, el 40,2% (N=35) mostró un nivel bajo, el 35,6% (N=31) un nivel medio y el 24,1% (N=21) un nivel alto. Respecto al grupo de alimentos constructores, el 37,9% (N=33) tuvo un nivel bajo, el 34,5% (N=30) un nivel medio y el 27,6% (N=24) un nivel alto. En el grupo de alimentos reguladores, el 40,2% (N=35) presentó un nivel bajo, el 31,0% (N=27) un nivel medio y el 28,7% (N=25) un nivel alto. Conclusiones: los resultados la mayoría de las madres presentaron un nivel de conocimiento bajo, especialmente en las dimensiones relacionadas con los alimentos energéticos y reguladores.

Por dimensiones específicas, en el grupo de alimentos energéticos, el 40,2% (N=35) mostró un nivel bajo, el 35,6% (N=31) un nivel medio y el 24,1% (N=21) un nivel alto. Respecto al grupo de alimentos constructores, el 37,9% (N=33) tuvo un nivel bajo, el 34,5% (N=30) un nivel medio y el 27,6% (N=24) un nivel alto. Materials and methods: quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 112 mothers, a representative sample of 87 participants. A structured questionnaire was used. Results: The level of knowledge about the preparation of healthy lunch boxes revealed that 37.9% (N=33) of the mothers presented a low level, 34.5% (N=30) a medium level and 27.6% (N=24) a high level. By specific dimensions, in the energy food group, 40.2% (N=35) showed a low level, 35.6% (N=31) a medium level and 24.1% (N=21) a high level. Regarding the group of building foods, 37.9% (N=33) had a low level, 34.5% (N=30) a medium level and 27.6% (N=24) a high level. In the regulator food group, 40.2% (N=35) presented a low level, 31.0% (N=27) a medium level and 28.7% (N=25) a high level.
