Se llevó a cabo en 110 oficinas de farmacia con una plantilla de 6 a 7 personas, que sumaban un total de 660 trabajadores. Se realizó una encuesta transversal con 244 participantes. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó el programa SPSS versión 27.0. Para comparar variables se utilizaron pruebas de Chicuadrado, donde los resultados obtenidos fueron El 89.8% de los encuestados presentaron un bajo nivel de conocimiento, el 10.2% un conocimiento moderado y un solo caso de conocimiento alto (0.4%). Además, hubo asociación entre el conocimiento y el nivel educativo, los años laborando y el nivel profesional. La mayoría presentaron actitud aceptable (79.9%); la actitud positiva fue 18.4% y solo el 1.6% actitud negativa. Asimismo, la actitud se asocia con la edad, el nivel educativo y el nivel profesional oteniendo las conclusiones que La investigación reveló que el personal de las oficinas farmacéuticas, la mayoría presentaron un bajo nivel de conocimiento y una actitud aceptable sobre el cannabis medicinal.

It was carried out in 110 pharmacy offices with a staff of 6 to 7 people, with a total of 660 employees. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 244 participants. For the statistical analysis, SPSS version 27. 0 was used. Chi-square tests were used to compare variables, where the results obtained were: 89. 8% of the respondents presented a low level of knowledge, 10. 2% moderate knowledge and only one case of high knowledge (0. 4%). In addition, there was an association between knowledge and level of education, working years and professional level.
