La población estuvo constituida por un paciente del hospital Víctor Larco Herrera. Resultado con respecto a los diagnósticos podemos observar que en base a los porcentajes de los resultados de la de las intervención, hay una acción rápida obteniendo así un puntaje del 100% de las cuales se asegura el no riesgo dirigidas a su persona o hacia otros, en las intervenciones de estreñimiento crónico funcional y deterioro de la movilidad física, podemos observar que hay un porcentaje mínimo en proceso. Conclusión en el proceso del cuidado de enfermería de paciente con DI, se observó que el progreso de las intervenciones rápidas Se ejecuta con éxito, sin embargo cabe resaltar en el diagnóstico de deterioro de la movilidad física, irán progresando a mediano o a largo plazo ya que son pacientes con trastorno neurológico de las cuales necesitan de una constante evaluación.

The study used a non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive design. The population consisted of one patient from the Victor Larco Herrera Hospital. Regarding the diagnoses, we can observe that based on the percentages of intervention outcomes, prompt action is taken, thus obtaining a score of 100%, ensuring no risk to the patient or others. In the interventions for chronic functional constipation and impaired physical mobility, we can observe that a minimal percentage is in progress. Conclusion: in the nursing care process for patients with ID, it was observed that rapid interventions were successfully implemented.
