Se destaca que la gestión de inventarios ha generado mejoras significativas tanto en la operación como en la contabilidad de la empresa. Al automatizar los procesos de registro y actualización del inventario a través del sistema, se ha logrado una mayor precisión y eficiencia en el control de existencias, reduciendo la dependencia de métodos manuales. Se capacito al personal, se empleó códigos de barras, contribuyendo a una gestión más ágil y reduciendo costos relacionados con el exceso o la falta de inventario.

Proper classification and coding of products was also not implemented, which complicated inventory tracking and organization. It is highlighted that inventory management has generated significant improvements in both the operation and accounting of the company. By automating the inventory registration and updating processes through the system, greater precision and efficiency in stock control has been achieved, reducing dependence on manual methods.
