Esta población incluye médicos, técnicos, enfermeras y asistentes administrativos que laboran en tres turnos, abarcando un total de 45 personas de centro quirúrgico, considerando a la totalidad como muestra. El instrumento será la escala del estrés NSS. Resultados: los resultados serán presentados de manera estructurada, en función de los objetivos planteados, utilizando tablas y gráficos generados con el software estadístico SPSS versión 27. Dado que el estudio es descriptivo, se emplearán medidas estadísticas descriptivas, como frecuencias y porcentajes, para caracterizar los niveles de estrés laboral y sus componentes (física, psicológica y social). Conclusiones: la investigación permitirá determinar los factores laborales más relevantes que impactan notablemente en el estrés laboral del personal del entorno crítico.

Materials and methods: this inquiry will follow the process of a quantitative approach, with a descriptive nature, using a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. This population includes physicians, technicians, nurses and administrative assistants working in three shifts, covering a total of 45 people in the surgical center, considering the totality as a sample. The instrument will be the NSS stress scale. Results: the results will be presented in a structured manner, according to the objectives set, using tables and graphs generated with the statistical software SPSS version 27. Since the study is descriptive, descriptive statistical measures, such as frequencies and percentages, will be used to characterize the levels of occupational stress and its components (physical, psychological and social).
