Resultados: para procesar la información reunida, se recurrirá a técnicas de estadística descriptiva, considerando ocurrencias mayoritarias, proporciones y evaluaciones para corroborar las hipótesis de estudio al elemento estudiado. Conclusiones: funcionará como punto de referencia para examinar los factores previamente citados y su interrelación, constituyendo una guía valiosa para futuros estudios.

The analyzed group includes 40 users of the Medalla Milagrosa health center; a survey will be used as a method and a form will be applied as a data collection tool. Results: to process the information gathered, descriptive statistics techniques will be used, considering majority occurrences, proportions and evaluations to corroborate the study hypotheses for the element studied.
