Resultado: acerca del conocimiento sobre prevención y tratamiento de melasma y estrías, en el pretest hubo un 56,7% de mujeres con nivel medio de conocimiento, y en el grupo intervención el 50,0% tuvo nivel medio de conocimiento, en el post test se obtuvo un 53,3% de mujeres con nivel medio de conocimiento, y en el grupo intervención un 66,7% con nivel alto de conocimiento. Asimismo, se aplicó la prueba de U de Mann-Whitney, mostrando que en la comparación para el pre test hubo un valor p de 0,806 (p > 0,05), y en el grupo intervención un valor p de 0,000 (p < 0,05). Conclusiones: la consejería farmacéutica ejerce una influencia positiva en la prevención y tratamiento de melasma y estrías en mujeres atendidas en una farmacia magistral, Juliaca, octubre a noviembre– 2023. |

Materials and methods: quasi-experimental study, quantitative approach, with a sample of 60 women. The survey was applied through a questionnaire. Results: regarding knowledge about prevention and treatment of melasma and stretch marks, in the pretest there were 56.7% of women with medium level of knowledge, and in the intervention group 50.0% had medium level of knowledge, in the post test there were 53.3% of women with medium level of knowledge, and in the intervention group 66.7% with high level of knowledge. Likewise, the Mann-Whitney U test was applied, showing that in the comparison for the pretest there was a p-value of 0.806 (p > 0.05), and in the intervention group a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05).
