description Objetivo: identificar el nivel de estrés laboral de las enfermeras en la unidad quirúrgica en el Hospital San Juan De Lurigancho en el 2023. Se considerara una población de 118 enfermeras, con una muestra de 81 profesionales, donde se aplicara un cuestionario que luego se procederá a establecer el análisis descriptivo mediante el programa estadístico SPSS IBM versión 26.0 Resultados: después de procesar información se presentara los hallazgos mostrando tablas y gráficos en función de darle respuestas a los objetivos del estudio. Conclusiones: en esta parte se mostrara el nivel de estrés que están presentando las enfermeras en el centro de salud abordado.
