description Material y Métodos: estudio de caso clínico cuantitativo, no experimental, descriptivo y transversal. Resultados: se realizaron las priorizaciones de los diagnósticos según la condición del paciente, teniendo como resultado: dolor agudo relacionado con lesión por agente biológicos evidenciado por dolor agudo relacionado con lesión por agentes biológicos evidenciado por características del dolor evaluadas mediante un instrumento de valoración estandarizado y validado: cefalea EVA 8/10, muecas de dolor. Conclusiones: según el diagnóstico priorizados se obtuvo un 80% de efectividad en las intervenciones, debido a la acción de los analgésicos administrados y de las medidas de confort implementadas, el dolor se redujo hasta obtener EVA 2/10; en el resto de diagnósticos se obtuvieron similares porcentajes de efectividad, logrando una recuperación adecuada del paciente.

An assessment was conducted using Marjory Gordon's 11 functional patterns, complemented by a cephalocaudal physical examination and a review of laboratory tests. Results: diagnoses were prioritized according to the patient's condition, resulting in: acute pain related to injury caused by biological agents, evidenced by pain characteristics assessed using a standardized and validated assessment instrument: headache VAS 8/10, pain grimacing. Conclusions: based on the prioritized diagnoses, the interventions were 80% effective. Due to the action of the administered analgesics and the implemented comfort measures, the pain was reduced to a VAS of 2/10.
