description Objetivo: realizar un proceso del cuidado enfermero aplicado a paciente con accidente cerebrovascular isquémico en Casa de Reposo Dulce Hogar, San Borja – 2025. Materiales y métodos: investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, corte transversal y tipo descriptivo. La población estuvo conformada por 1 paciente masculino adulto mayor con accidente cerebrovascular isquémico que es atendido en la casa de reposo Dulce Hogar. La técnica usada fue la entrevista con el paciente/familiares, el instrumento de recolección de datos fue la escala de valoración de los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon y la escala Daniels de fuerza muscular. Resultados: según la priorización de diagnósticos de enfermería, Deterioro de la movilidad física relacionado con inmovilidad prolongada evidenciado por disminución de las habilidades motoras gruesas: parálisis en miembros inferiores, se evidenció 90% de efectividad y 10% en proceso de ejecución, en el resto de diagnósticos se obtuvieron resultados similares. Conclusiones: en el primer diagnóstico se obtuvo 90% de efectividad, del mismo modo, en el resto de intervenciones planificadas también existen diferencias de efectividad debido a la condición crónica que tiene el paciente a partir del accidente cerebrovascular isquémico.

Materials and methods: a quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and descriptive study was conducted. The population consisted of one elderly male patient with ischemic stroke who is being cared for at the Dulce Hogar Nursing Home. The technique used was an interview with the patient/family members. The data collection instrument was the Marjory Gordon 11 Functional Patterns Assessment Scale and the Daniels Muscle Strength Scale. Results: according to the nursing diagnosis prioritization, impairment of physical mobility related to prolonged immobility, evidenced by decreased gross motor skills: paralysis in the lower limbs, was 90% effective and 10% in progress. Similar results were obtained for the remaining diagnoses. Conclusions: the initial diagnosis was 90% effective.
