Resultados: la búsqueda bibliográfica inicial arrojó un total de 7,635 resultados obtenidos de múltiples bases de datos académicas. Durante la primera revisión de título y resumen, se excluyeron 22 estudios, quedando 15 documentos para evaluación más detallada. Esta fase representa el mayor punto de exclusión en el proceso, eliminando aproximadamente el 59% de los estudios candidatos. Conclusión: Las deficiencias en los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas (CAP) respecto al uso de corticoides representan un desafío global que afecta tanto a pacientes como a profesionales sanitarios.

Results: the initial bibliographic search yielded a total of 7,635 results from multiple academic databases. During the initial review of titles and abstracts, 22 studies were excluded, leaving 15 documents for further evaluation. This phase represents the largest exclusion point in the process, eliminating approximately 59% of the candidate studies.
