Resultados: los datos se analizarán con el software SPSS versión 26, aplicando estadística descriptiva y pruebas de correlación para examinar la relación entre las variables. Los resultados se mostrarán en tablas y figuras para una mejor interpretación. Conclusiones: este estudio aportará información sobre la relación síndrome de Burnout y el uso de estrategias de afrontamiento, lo cual será de ayuda para diseñar intervenciones que optimice el bienestar del personal de enfermería en emergencias.

Results: the data will be analyzed using SPSS version 26 software, applying descriptive statistics and correlation tests to examine the relationship between the variables. The results will be presented in tables and figures for better interpretation.
