description Objetivo: determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud del personal de enfermería acerca de las medidas de acción ante un desastre por sismo en el Hospital Carlos Alcántara Butterfield I, Lima 2024. Materiales y métodos: el mismo será desarrollado bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental, transversal. La población investigada estará compuesta por 55 enfermeras en total, las cuales tienen como característica común realizar labores en la zona de emergencias del Hospital Carlos Alcántara Butterfield de Lima. Para la recopilación de data, la técnica a utilizar será la encuesta para ambas variables diseñado por Chalco M, que consta de 20 ítems distribuidas en tres dimensiones con una antelación en la solicitud a los participantes para que autoricen su labor dentro de la investigación, mediante un consentimiento informado. Resultados: Los hallazgos para las variables del estudio serán expresados por tablas y figuras que describirán para una mejor comprensión de los mismos. Conclusiones: para que el personal de enfermería disponga de herramientas valiosas en situaciones cotidianas, el análisis ofrecerá una útil fuente de información.

Materials and methods: this study will be developed under a quantitative, descriptive-correlational approach, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The research group will consist of a total of 55 nurses who share the common characteristic of working in the emergency area of “Hospital Carlos Alcántara Butterfield in Lima”. To collect data, the technique to be used will be a survey for both variables, designed by Chalco M, comprising 20 items distributed across three dimensions, with prior consent requested from participants to authorize their involvement in the research through informed consent. Results: the findings for the study variables will be presented in tables and figures for improved understanding.
