La población fueron personas adultas mayores, tomando como muestra 130 pacientes adultos mayores. La técnica fue la encuesta, el instrumento fue el cuestionario PCHE 3ra. Versión. Resultados: los hallazgos encontrados en el estudio demostraron que el nivel de percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería es en su mayoría fue medianamente favorable (76,92%), seguidamente del nivel favorable (13,08%) y el nivel desfavorable (10.00%). En la dimensión cualidades del hacer de la enfermera, en su mayoría es en un nivel medianamente favorable (53,85%), seguidamente del nivel desfavorable (33,08%); y un nivel favorable (13,08%). En la dimensión apertura a la comunicación pacienteenfermera, predominó un nivel medianamente favorable (76,92%), seguidamente de un nivel favorable (12,31%) y un nivel desfavorable (10,77%). En la dimensión predisposición para la atención, en su mayoría fue favorable (59,23%), seguidamente del nivel medianamente favorable (29,23%), y un nivel desfavorable (11,54%). Conclusiones: el nivel de percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería en pacientes adultos mayores atendidos fue en su mayoría medianamente favorable, seguidamente del nivel favorable y el nivel desfavorable. |
