La población estuvo conformada 877 pacientes hipertensos atendidos en el C.S. Jorge Chávez, a partir de ello se seleccionaron a 268 paciente que fueron parte de la muestra, y el muestreo empleado fue el aleatorio probabilístico simple. La técnica fue la entrevista y el instrumento el cuestionario. Asimismo, para el procesamiento de los resultados se utilizó el Programa SPSS V.26. Resultados: la prueba de relación entre la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y el estilo de vida de los usuarios atendidos en el C.S. Jorge Chávez; y para ello se empleó la prueba de X2 , en donde el resultado obtenido es de 0.000<0.05. Conclusión: existe relación significativa entre la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y estilo de vida en los pacientes hipertensos en el Centro de Salud Jorge Chávez de la ciudad de Juliaca – Puno, agosto – septiembre 2024.

The technique was the interview and the instrument was the questionnaire. The SPSS V.26 program was used to process the results. Results: the relationship between adherence to pharmacological treatment and the lifestyle of the users attended at the Jorge Chávez Health Center was tested using the X2 test, where the result obtained is 0.000<0.05.
