description Objetivo: determinar la adherencia terapéutica y calidad de vida en personas hipertensas que acuden a un establecimiento de atención primaria en salud en Lima Norte, 2025. Se conto con la participación de 215 pacientes hipertensos continuadores que acuden a establecimiento de salud Ex Fundo Naranjal en Lima Norte Resultados: se encontró relación significativa entre adherencia terapéutica y calidad de vida obteniendo un nivel de significancia de 0,004, en cuanto a la adherencia terapéutica predominaron aquellos adherentes con un 82,8%. Asimismo, según su calidad de vida predomino un nivel bueno con 60,5% y según su dimensión estado de ánimo predomino un nivel bueno con 82,8% y según manifestaciones somáticas se obtuvo un nivel bueno con 61,4% Conclusiones: se encontró relación entre las variables principales del estudio.

It included 215 patients with ongoing hypertension attending the Ex Fundo Naranjal health facility in North Lima. Results: a significant relationship was found between therapeutic adherence and quality of life, with a significance level of 0.004. Adherent adherence predominated with 82.8%. Similarly, according to quality of life, a good level predominated with 60.5%, and according to mood dimension, a good level predominated with 82.8%, and according to somatic manifestations, a good level was obtained with 61.4%.
