En el estudio se ha considerado la población total para la muestra, que será de 52 licenciados de enfermería que laboran en el servicio de centro quirúrgico del Hospital Regional de Cajamarca. Para la recolección de los datos se utilizará la encuesta que se basa en el cuestionario de la escala de estrés de enfermería (NSS) de Pamela Grey y James Anderson, de 34 ítems, que evalúa tres dimensiones: física, psicológica y social. Resultados: El producto del estudio se mostrará en tablas y gráficos que representarán la variable significativa de la investigación. Conclusiones: luego del estudio realizado durante los meses de noviembre y diciembre del 2024, proporcionará a la Institución información imprescindible como aporte al campo de la enfermería quirúrgica, permitiendo la elaboración de un plan de mejora con relación a la salud mental de los licenciados de enfermería.
