description La presente investigación: “La Implementación del Factoring que Influirá en la Liquidez de la Empresa Inversiones & Representaciones Factoría Pierr’s EIRL de Los Olivos – Lima en el año 2017.” tiene como finalidad obtener Liquidez inmediata utilizando sus Cuentas por Cobrar Comerciales de 30 a 60 días tomando en cuenta la aplicación de la Ley N° 29623 y su Reglamento, Ley que promueve el financiamiento a través de las facturas comerciales mediante el factoring. El estudio realizado en esta investigación permite conocer el caso de la Empresa de servicios Inversiones & Representaciones Factoría Pierr’s EIRL dedicada al planchado y pintura; venta de insumos y repuestos en general para equipos de transportes en general; la cual se afronta con la problemática que su Liquidez disminuye por el aumento de Cuentas por Cobrar Comerciales debido a que la característica del mercado es vender al crédito de 30 y/o 60 días, en consecuencia, se vio en la necesidad de adquirir un financiamiento inmediato a través del factoring. El factoring es una operación financiera que permite obtener adelanto de fondos para las Empresas, ayudando así, a incrementar su Liquidez.
